The studio co-owner, Daryll Sverrisson, is in on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to return your voicemail or email inquiries. The professionals also teach, train, and practice during the daytime Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. as well as most Saturday afternoons.

Enfield Street. (Route 5). We are in the Enfield Plaza Shops, one-half mile down on the left.
The studio is a one level white plaza with green roofing. The anchor store is Club Fitness Gym
We are 20 minutes from Hartford & 10 minutes from Springfield off I-91.
