I would say to you dress comfortably and casually. You will not need to wear athletic or balletic outfits to class, chances are, whatever you wore to work will be perfect. Some people wear kaki's and jeans. Rarely anyone wears shorts, but quite a few women do wear skirts. There is no need for a gentleman to wear a tie and sports coat.
As for shoes, anything comfortable will be fine initially. We cannot allow bare feet, sneakers will do, dress shoes are best, at least shoes that stay on your feet (no flip flops) and there will be no need for heavy duty construction boots with steel toes, promise.
Your best accessories, breath mints and antiperspirant/deodorant and cologne or perfume. This will make your experience much more enjoyable.
